FURIOUS residents are being forced to pay £35 to park outside their OWN homes in Stoke-on-Trent. Locals have slammed a council for doubling the price they will have to spend on their parking permits - which some residents say they will struggle to pay for. The cost of annual residents' permits is set to rise to £35 from £18, and visitors' permits will increase by £10 from £25 to £35.
