On paper, there should not be any problems in receiving these items. Once you start the game, you will automatically be informed that these items have been added to your account via a pop-up message. Soon after, you’ll see them in your inventory. And that’s it, that’s all you need to know. However, if you have purchased a physical copy of the game, you might need to redeem a code first.
