Members from the City of Altoona Fire Department and local emergency management agencies went aboard Norfolk Southern’s safety train in Altoona on Tuesday. Dean Picariello, 22, of Montrose, also known as "DJ Dino Mack," was arrested on April 24 and charged with second-degree rape, a class C felony, second-degree criminal sexual act, a class D felony, and second-degree unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor.The arrest, by Montgomery barracks New York State Police, followed a lengthy investigation stemming back to an incident that occurred on Jan. 22, police said.  The investigation revealed that Picariello allegedly raped a 14-year-old female victim in the Town of Newburgh in Orange County, police said.
