The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services said next spring the Cambria County Assistance Office will move into the Hiram G Andrews Center in Upper Yoder Township. The Assistance Office is currently located on Main Street in downtown Johnstown. The DHS said moving to the state-owned facility will lower operation costs. They said there is a bus stop outside the Hiram G Andrews Center, and there will be free parking available, allowing for a variety of ways to transport to the Assistance Office.
