Alisha Seese and Ronald "Ronnie" E. Dailey Jr., both 37 years old, were found just after midnight on Friday, Jan. 12, according to officials.  The police had been called to reports of gunfire in the 1700 block of Terrace Place around 12:30 a.m., they said in a release.  Authorities explained that the pair had just finished a shift at Lycoming Engines where they worked as part-time security guards.
